Winfried has over 19 years experience in a global blue-chip environment. He managed large projects across countries, cultures and time-zones, worked in functional reviews, finance shared services, business administration, logistics, IT, marketing, sales and technical areas.

Based in Vienna, he was working extensively in Eastern Europe and CIS, supporting the fast growing emerging markets in the 90’s. Working for Reuters Ltd he lived in London, Beijing, Hong Kong, Singapore and Nicosia. He is now based in Salzburg, Austria.

He supports clients globally engaged in restructuring and operational alignment around IT/BPO and Shared Services in Europe, India and Greater China. Winfried also focuses now on new energy and climate change projects. Winfried is also engaged as coach to senior executives of well-known European corporations.

Prior to joining Global BDA Gerda managed all customer relation activities in RIS, an internet and content provider. She also worked seven years for Reuters where she held customer services and marketing positions. Her role is to strengthen the company’s customer focus and relationship management programmes, by leveraging her customer-oriented vision and interactive service expertise. Gerda holds a Ph.D. in communication science.
